Are your engineers Gas Safe registered and insured?
Yes. Every engineer we send is either Gas Safe registered for gas and heating work or NICEIC-qualified for electrical work, and fully insured. We check ID and qualifications before anyone joins the team, so you’re covered whether it’s a boiler service or a full rewire.
Do you offer emergency or same-day callouts?
We do. We work Monday to Saturday 8am to 10pm, Sunday 8am to 6pm, and keep same-day slots open for urgent jobs like leaks, no heating, or a tripped consumer unit. Call us or book online and we’ll confirm the earliest available engineer.
How much will the job cost?
Our hourly rates are published on the pricing page, with a first-hour rate and a rate per half hour that depend on the trade and the time of day. We tell you the rate that applies before we start, nothing begins until you agree it, and materials are charged in addition to labour.
Which parts of London do you cover?
We’re based in W1 and cover homes and businesses across Central London, including Mayfair, Marylebone, Fitzrovia, Soho, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Kensington, Chelsea and Notting Hill, as well as wider Greater London. If you’re not sure whether your address is in range, send us your postcode when you book and we’ll confirm straight away.
Can one visit cover plumbing, gas and electrical work together?
Yes — that’s the point of having one team for all five trades. If a refurbishment needs a plumber, an electrician and a heating engineer, we schedule them back to back instead of you managing three separate contractors.

Hourly rates for every trade
You pay a first-hour rate, then a lower rate for each extra half hour. The rate depends on the trade and on the day and time of the visit. This table shows the first-hour rate.
